Really BAD experience with Lazerer

Hi guys. My name's Sergio, writing from Italy. :wave:
I think everyone is already fed-up with posts concerning Lazerer, but I believe it's correct and useful for the other members to read my report.

- Before buying from them, I had already encountered stories of delays in shipping, communication and so on, but wanted to trust them anyway... BAD CHOICE :undecided:
And now it's getting even worse, but let's start cronologically:

December, 10th: registration and payment. While surfing my account hours later, I noticed that I hadn't received any confirmation, so asked Lazerer about that. INCREDIBLY, Max showed up almost immediately and wrote me back! So at that moment I was happy for having choosed Lazerer (poor me). Unfortunately, how could I expect, this was gonna be the first, last and only reply.

My order status turned to PROCESSING (December, 12th) and eventually to PROCESSED (December 30th), but these were automatic message, not from a real person.

From this moment on, COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWN... I wrote them dozens of times (of course i can prove it, but it's not important right here right now). As i remember from a forum thread, it's better to pay via Paypal (which unfortunately i didn't), one can open a dispute with the seller so that he's forced to answer to your complaints.

EVEN WORSE, i recently checked the operation status, and it seems MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED! Like if i never dealt with them, like if i was a new customer...

So guys, SORRY for this long and detailed post, i know Lazerer is a "hot topic" but as i now obviously have a HORRIBLE opinion about Lazerer (all in all I've been always polite to them so far), and as i CANNOT do anything more to get my money back or receive the laser I PAID FOR, i have no other choices, i'll go and visit every laser forum to tell my experience, to firmly suggest users NOT TO BUY FROM LAZERER.

By the way, i occasionally noticed "Max" from Lazerer posting somewhere in this forum. So Max, if you ever happen to read this, try to save your reputation. I tried to write you by e-mail, from your site, even in your facebook profile... Unless you have a fair explanation, YOU ARE A CRIMINAL

Max used to post here but hasnt in ages as far as I'm aware. Not sure why lazerer went down the pan but they've been bad for a while, since before my time.

These companies often uses the LPF as a springboard to get good reputation and popularity. As soon as they have their wide circle of customers, they sometimes don´t care about single customers according to communication / service any more.

What I read so far within the past months, lazerer.com isn´t a reputable, recommendable company any longer.

Arrr hate to hear that Tiero, I checked out Lazerer's website and I saw the only form of payment available is buy VISA credit/debit card. If I remember correctly you have 90 days to file a chargeback so I would wait it out for a couple of days and if nothing shows up(most likely will happen) just file a chargeback through your bank.

Glad i never ordered from them.
Never buy from them....

But i would also like to mention that it can take up to a Year + ordering something as a DIY project....

I think you will know what that means..

Patience .....

Yeah they have got a bad rep lately, ill never attempt an order from them that's for sure.

I ordered my laser back on 6/6/14. I have written 5 response tickets and pretty much got the same deal. "Your order somehow got missed, we fixed it". I am still waiting for the status to advance from "processing". Max has a great business that could generate a lot of $$ if he would work on solving the delay issues rather than empty promises. I am not necessarily a patient person, especially when it comes to getting a new gadget in the mail but, I am reasonable if the reason for the delay is honest. As customers, it is important to make sure we are happy. History, with a few exceptions has shown Lazerer to have the same issues. I am now willing to spend more on another company that "delivers".
I hope everything works out for all others sharing this dismay. For those who have not yet purchased from Lazerer, heed this warning..you must have patience and persistence.

Did your laser ever arrive?? I am ready to pull the plug and ask for a refund. I scared to imagine how long that would take or if lazerer in the panic rush sends me a defective or sub-standard laser,,like if you tell the waiter the food was bad so he/she goes in the back and does all kinds of nasty things to it then brings your food back with a "smile".
Its really sad. My processing status has, as of this day, NOT changed.

your call but their bad rep is as low as it can get.. if you buy from them you are not better then them and you support "bad laser" sellers.. they need to vanish not stay and do their shitty business...

Yeah exactly everyone knows how bad they have fallen now, so if you do order from them then you are aware of what you are walking into and deserve whatever happens, sad to say but its the truth.

Maybe some were not aware of the history of lazerer.

There are many posts on this board and others dating back months about this company, its not like this just came out yesterday that laserer is going down hill like a landslide.

Generally if im spending more than $50 on something online ill do some research into a good company to buy the item from before placing the order.
