Smile Rayfoss - Warranty Repair

I purchased a RF532-300mW-FMK(IR filtered) from Rayfoss several months ago. As USUAL, Faona was a joy to deal with and ALWAYS responded with the information I requested. Rayfoss has excellent business sense and quality products. If something happens, I feel Faona will assure it is repaired under warranty. Like a million other companies in this world, Rayfoss deals with other sources and has to trust that they have the same business ethics as they do. Sometimes this is not the case and a bad unit slips through... Life is like that. A coin has two sides.. Just my opinion.
