Rayfoss Ship time..

Sorry if I might be posting something previously given in the past.. But how long is the usual ship time if you buy from Rayfoss.. Are they in the americas? Are they slower than O-like? Thanks in advance for info!

And also, if anyone knows, can a 100mw module from rayfoss be modded to fit inside a pen host? I am building for a friend

Ok I just found out they are in Dongguan City, China. But I still need to know how long their shipping takes.

how long does o-like take? My laser shipped this monday, how long till it gets to idaho? The tracking just says
"Service(s): Registered Mail™
Status: Foreign Acceptance"
How much longer can I expect?

7-14 working days typically, you could have delays if the item is caught in customs (up to 10 days some times). Take care! -Adrian

Just received a laser from Rayfoss. Ordered 4 Nov, was shipped out on 6 Nov, received on 14 Nov.

USA? mine shipped on the ninth, but appears to still be in HK.
according to HK post:
"The item (RBXXXXXXXXXHK) is being processed for departure from Hong Kong as of 13-Nov-2009"
According to USPS:
"Label/Receipt Number: RBXX XXXX XXXH K
Service(s): Registered Mail™
Status: Foreign Acceptance"

What's going on? It's been a week, has it even shipped yet?

Nope looks like it's still siting their. Don't worry it will start moving through the system soon.

To save on shipping, I think both O-Like and rayfoss use the same shipping service. It's probably a little outfit that collects packages from all these little businesses. Then when they get a big batch, they ship through hong kong post. They get a good deal on bulk rate.

I have packages from both rayfoss and o-like and they both have the same return address

:( Thank you, I think dealextreme uses a similar tactic, they just wait until they have filled a huge box with stuff, then send it overseas cheap and ship it from there.
