A plug for the Dragon case

I believe in giving honor to whom honor is due....

I had a friend "Senkat" buy some of these and just sent me one of these dragon cases for free because he was so impressed, he said I had to have one.

I truly am impressed... I thought it would be a funky fit that either rattled or rubbed off the gold on my "black penlaser trimmed in Gold" "The Dragon"..... but to my delight... it was perfect!

Its padded inside for a nice cozy fit and when you first put it in, you think your laser is gonna be too long, but then when the top is screwed on, there apparently is a spring inside and it goes on perfect to give a spring type snug fit that doesn't rattle in the least. I now feel like I could toss it around in my suitcase or briefcase and it would be protected.

It has a brushed antique type finish with a laser cut groove design with black paint filling.

I highly recommend them for anyone who was on the fence or didn't know about these.

For those that are curious.. my penlaser is 5 7/8ths inches by 1/2 inch wide.. not counting the clip.

I use one for my pulsar and i'd say it's value for money not to mention the work gone into it on the art work.

I just checked Dragon's site... they gave thier units names.. I guess I have a Viper! LOL!

Yea i spotted that the other day and made a short thread on it too. I would have just called them Dragons :-/

According to "Lepotila" from WL...there is foam in the bottom that acts as a spring... prob better than a spring anyway....

That's correct mate so a DRAGON LASER ;D which is slightly longer than the WL pulsar will squeeze in snugly

Funny, these aren't dragons cases.. with the name and all....

Hey.. your right.. its tiny on the end cap.... oh well names are no biggy...

Very true but it's hardly noticable. I took my laser into a government building where they do searches and whilst being question "what's in here mate?" as he was trying to open it i said "let me open it coz you don't want to break it". I opened the cap and slipped the laser half way out, only showing the pen clip half, and told the security it was an expensive pen.
With that he lost all interest and let me on my way ;D ;D

Heh - you're welcome, Windstrings I carried a CNI around all day in it t oday at the San Antonio Rodeo (no pics - left that dang camera in the car ! ) And pulled that baby out long enough to blast my kid form across the way when she was done with the petting zoo, and washing her hands up....STILL made her jump - and she even KNOWS I carry these things everywhere ! LOL I do like the way the case looks, and it protects the lasers VERY well, too.

Yeah - nice pic, too - I was actually referring to your "deception" of the guards - with the whole, "It's a pen" thing ! LOL....that is EXACTLY what was written on the customs form too, wasn't it ?
