Unhappy Please help me sort out an issue with Lazerer.com!

Hello fellow laser pointer owners.
A few weeks ago I've placed an order on a 200mw laser on lazerer.com, following the suggestions of numerous forum visitors. However, after paying for the order and receiving an email that consisted only of "payment received" I haven't heard from the company ever since.
I tried contacting them by all of the emails suggested by their site (lazerer@gmail.com, support@lazerer.com, sales@lazerer.com). No reply followed (I tried 3 times).
If anyone has ANY means of contact with the site's owner please let me know through PM. $200 is quite a lot money to lose for me so I would be grateful for any help provided.

I think they have a sales rep for lpf. I'm not sure. Regardless they may be on some sort of Chinese holiday. You shouldn't worry. That company is a very good and widely used company. I'm sure you will hear from them soon. Maybe today since you posted a thread.

I surely hope so, but it's a little bit annoying/suspicious that the guys haven't replied in about 3 weeks... The holidays shouldn't affect their work process as far as I'm concerned.. I would just like to hear from them, but none of the emails provided work.

What really bothers me is not the possibility of the company purposely not replying to the emails etc, I just think there might have been a problem with the payment since I've payed for the Paypal request sent by them a day later they sent it, so maybe.. they haven't seen it? Either way, I'm sure it's a respected company and all, but still if anyone has any means of contact with them, please let me know. Thanks

Hello, ternione. I see you emailed me. I will try to find Max, he has an account on this site. I will try to direct him to this post. have you tried emailing this address. max@lazerer.com? I contacted him from that address. but you might want to look up chinese holidays. they are very different on the other side of the globe and their holidays could be the reason for this. although I am awaiting a laser from lazerer myself. I have been tracking it and it left NY yesterday. it should be here (Georgia) soon.

edit:
I just went to max's LPF.com account and gave him the URL of this post. he hasn't been on in a while, but that was all I could do really.

Any resolution to this? I made an order yesterday that declined my Mastercard on Lazerer, got a paypal invoice that I thought was from O-like since I assumed the Lazerer order was void. Paid it to find out it was Lazerer and now nothing except thanks we got your money.

I have to say Max was most helpful and my laser shipped out fast/recieved quickly.

I was shopping around for other laser sellers but I think I will buy my next order from Lazerer as well.
