yes, if the package get lost. you can contact with the customer service and look for a solution. if it is over 20 business days, still nothing. the seller may resend one to you.
Kronix, you asked why i knew the detail about the shipping processing. because we are one of Chinese laser dealers. I knew everything of the purchase process:)

So far this is what I have record of..

Feb 24, 2011 - Order was placed
Mar 1, 2011 - Received Tracking #
Mar 1, 2001 - "Foreign International Dispatch"

Sorry if i missed anything. :undecided:

I will keep this updated for anyone else that might have questions in near future. :beer:

This means its probably sitting at the post office that handles getting the international mail onto flights. It will sit there for a few days. When it does leave the country, there should be another update ... I dont remember the wording on the update though.

Well I hope not.. but then again most packages from China are like that... so it wouldn't surprise me. USPS tracking says this "Your item left SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE on February 28, 2011. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later." Not to sure if that means it's on a plane or it left Singapore (the original dealers location) and now at the post waiting to clear customs.. :whistle:

I wouldnt pay attention to USPS messages until you get a clearing customs message or a "item has been process though xxx sort facility". Only then is it really in their hands. Of course this all depends if USPS actually scans and updates your package. My last DX order just showed up without USPS updates.

Hey i have the same exact message onthe usps site, fromt the same day also lol
and i am starting to become a little worried because it has been the same message for about 10 days now (since the 28th) and i was just wondering if you got any more info or have any idea when the lasers are going to be here

I've had the same message also. Susie told me it should take about 3-4 days to process and about 20-25 days to ship. Hope that helps.:undecided:

Woot.. surprisingly its saturday here but i just got my laser.. everything looks great. package was nicely wrapped. And this little thing burns like a beast. 250mW cute red. So I placed an order on the 24th of Feb.. the order was shipped on the 28th of Feb.. and received it today 12th of march.. its a pretty long wait.. BUT ITS WORTH IT!

Ha nice man mine was suppose to be delivered today but i slept through the guy ringing the doorbell so i have to pick it up from my post office monday but ur happy with urs?
