Hi everyone, my Dad recently bought me a X-15 from Novalasers as a Christmas gift. I love the laser, don't get me wrong, but I would like to exchange it for a better one. I have contacted the company through phone and by email however they have yet to respond to me. I looked through there website and noticed they have a 7 day refund policy and a three month warranty, yet it says nothing about exchanges. It also says that they have to receive the laser by the 7th day, that means i would have to ship it by Tuesday or Wednesday to get it to them by Thursday, if I'm lucky. :-/ Does anyone know if they will even let me exchange it? IE: get $100 store credit to put towards a better one. I think Wicked Lasers has a policy like that, but I have never bought from them, nor do I plan on doing so. Anyways, any help on what I should do would be appreciated.

Unfortunantly that 7 day return policy starts when it arrives at your house and unless it came here like the day before christmas then that has probably expired.

I just got an email from them asking for the sales number, and I gave it to them. I received the laser on the third... so returning shouldn't be a problem. I just reread the policy and it seems i misread it. Apparently the 7 days are counted to when I received the laser to when I ship the laser back (compared to when they receive the laser, which is what I thought previously). At least, thats what I think this means: "time that the laser is picked up for return to NOVAlasers."
