Recently I've stumbled across a new website (Lasever.com) after searching for styropyro's srouce for a >80mW 473nm handheld
Well, I found a place... Click!
EDIT: They also have an Alibaba store with various prices listed

Their pricings are amazing, they seem to be selling models that look similar to CNI models. Cheap too... one I requested was their >80mW handheld... $390 shipped :D

Happy spending! The dawn of cheap 473's is starting.

Oh, and did i mention they have cheap prices?

I'll ask for quotes on some of their 473 labbies and handheld to get prices of the lesser outputting models (I would like to get a cheap 10mW or so 473 myself) and post my findings here.

I know the price for a 20mW labby, it's $250

Edit: 10mW is $220

Re: NEW CNI SUPPLIER! Lasever

Congrats on this find, and thumbs up for sharing the info!

And a heads up to everyone: it's probably not appropriate to post the source's pricing in open forum, since they don't advertise their prices themselves. Better to share that via PM.

Muchas gracias, I just sent an email asking for prices on their wide spectrum of 473's, as well as a request for where they get their lasers/resources from. I hope it won't be ignored due to it's broadness as far as how much material the request covers.

EDIT: I've noticed postings of CNI product pricing, so I didn't know there'd be an issue. I guess I will just post here once I've gotten the requested info, then if anyone needs to know it, feel free to PM me and I'll gladly pass the info along to you =]

They're not CNI modules, but they do look VERY similar. I have both and there are differences in finish and in the collimation optics. The collimation lenses on each are not the same specs. The quality of their green modules is VERY good though, especially for the price. The show modules I have from them are all well overspec and respond quite well under modulation. I haven't tried their other colors so I can't say much there..

Re: NEW CNI SUPPLIER! Lasever

They had the labby prices posted on their alibaba store, the only one that wasn't advertised was the 80mW handheld. Eh, I got excited over that one.

Just ordered one from them, should arrive in 10-15 days. Review coming when it's arrived!

Re: NEW CNI SUPPLIER! Lasever

Dang, I spent MORE than an hour on alibaba trying to find that and kept getting he typical. $590 quotes for the ones that even had 80mW 473's.

Strong google-foo (or alibaba-foo) zraffletix

I have actually used alibaba to import some non-laser stuff before with excellent results.

Re: NEW CNI SUPPLIER! Lasever

I don't think PL has their prices posted either, which is what most of the folks here are looking for. The best bet is to email them at sales@lasever.com. David Wu is their sales manager, he's helped me many times. My experiences have been top notch dealing with them, and I have no complaints about the quality of their modules. David has always been most accommodating, even sending me replacement lenses and IR filter assemblies at very low cost. It can be like pulling teeth to get CNI to send replacement parts for their lasers in my experience anyway.
