I figured since everyone else helped me out so much when I was searching for a laser that I would give something back to the community!

First off, if you want to see pictures and videos of it I'm going to be using a photobucket a set up to host everything and keep it public. Always check back for updates.

With that said, let the review begin.

For a long time I have been hold a slight interest in lasers. It started when I first saw Wicked Lasers a long time ago. Now, it has grown into a hobby I wish to continue expanding. As with many people, the glowing "light saber" type qualities of a high powered green laser interested me. For weeks strait I have
been doing nearly nothing besides analyzing post upon post with many a forum to learn which is the "best". Even now, I will not say there is a "best" laser one can get, you must find one that suits your needs and your budget. For me, I wished to find a 532nm green laser pen powerful enough to burn. To me, Wicked Lasers seemed amazing! The price was a bit out there but, with time, I could possibly reach it. I had heard of a company called Nova Lasers at this time too. Yet, their site didn't have all of the "frills" Wicked Lasers had so it didn't sway me. But slowly, upon actually looking at sites such at Star Phaser, Nova Lasers, and Dragon Lasers I had found that the CNI laser was much closer to my budget. Upon truly realizing this I began to search for all information I could find on CNI lasers. They now sounded like a great alternative to the higher budget Wicked Lasers. With this lust for laser knowledge I had stumbled upon our IRC chat room, I was saying how I was in the market for a green CNI laser and my savior was found. Pseudonomen137 said that he had recently gotten a small shipment of lasers in and was looking to sell them! I was thrilled, it gave me a more personal experience, it allowed me to choose exactly what laser I wanted and just continued to ask just about any question I had. I known own one of the lasers I was asking him about.

With my little introduction done, I should continue on with my review, because, well, that's what this is, isn't it?
This laser is a ~115mW 532nm green laser. It peaks at 130.2mW. The beam is 1.1mm with ~1..2-136mRad.
It is about the equivalent of purchasing an X-105 from Nova Lasers.

During the day, the beam is generally visible. The dot is viewable from even the farthest distances however.
At night, I was just stunned, at about 11:30PM last night I had to see the beam. The instant I turned it on my jaw dropped. If you've ever seen a picture of a green laser for astronomy pointing into the sky, imagine it at least fifty times as amazing.
As for a beam in fog, I have not tested, yet. I plan to borrow my neighbor's fog machine later today and I will be sure to take pictures.

Many of you I'm sure are interested in knowing the burning power of this laser as well. If you look in my photo bucket you can see me pop a balloon instantly from a few inches away! In the match lighting video, it really doesn't take as long as it looks. Watch carefully and once I finally get my hand steady it took just over a second to ignite. Even now with drained batteries I can cause a sharpied match to ignite within close range. As for distance of the balloon pop and match light, I have not truly tested yet. I will add more on that later.

People also wonder how well the dragon case will hold a CNI. And for me, it does. In the end there is a small piece of foam and I think this is a good edition because it will allow the laser to press into it slightly and hold it into place better. For me, I choose to place the aperture down so it creates a small seal. Though it was wider than I expected, it still works well but I may get something to place inside to hold it form moving side to side if jolted to hard.

To be honest I'm not completely sure what else to put into my review until I do further testing. I am fully open to ideas that you want to see, and open to any questions that you may have.
