You would be losing a dollar on each one!! 20 @ 120$=6$ each --true?
Umm, you buy a laser at $2.95 and sell it for $5, where exactly is the loss?

Or did I miss some major switch over to some other laser listing?

If you read the thread, you'll see you cant get them for $2.95 anymore.

Yup I just went over everything I missed since my last post here.

I knew it was god-damn too cheap, there is apsolutely no way you can sell a bluray pointer for $3.

Shipping alone is like $5-6 to Croatia. Brass material total used in the pointer is over $3. Not mentioning the diode.

I believe that they are in serious problems now.
They could have lost a lot of munay.

The seller will only sell them for $2.95 PLUS $6.99 Shipping...
that is where selling them for $5.00 each is not good business
sense...

And even buying at $120.00 for 20pc... selling them for $5.00 is
still a $1.00 loss per piece....:undecided:

[EDIT]
I see you read the other posts....;)

Thanks for the explanation anyway, Jerry.

I didn't know about the shipping.

I still feel sorry for the seller(s), perhaps they lost enormus amount of money because of simple mistake.

The only mistake was someone posted it in 2 threads on a laser pointer forum LOL. They didnt expect the rush of orders from the backlash of this.

I don't feel sorry for the Seller one bit...
It his his responsibility to check what he lists...
He is the only one that has control of what he offers and
at what price..

He was aware/informed that something was not right when
that listing and only that listing was selling items like hot cakes...
He was too greedy or stupid to check why items was selling in
such a quantity at such a fast rate....IMO

It takes 20 seconds to cancel an eBay Auction by a Seller...

Looks like they pulled the free shipping listing ATM... but no email telling me that I will not be getting my 8 paid for @ 2.95 each shipped(YET) If Motel backs out on me , Ebay will hearing from me for sure. I don't buy the hacking explaination. Motel has 800+ listings but for only a few items. So how would the shipping get changed if relisting -that not how it works. They would have to make several steps to re-list with a differant deal on the shipping. Too bad cannot leave neg feedback on a cancelled buy-it-now.--HK

I bought from the second listing after the first expired.
I also don't feel bad for them.
Still haven't gotten an invalid letter, I wonder if it's because when I ordered I sent the question about buying $120 worth of green lasers.

The Free Shipping listing has been ended or pulled since..
May 01, 2010 16:22:20 PDT

He may have only noticed it after the Auction ended
when he sold a total of 100 Lasers....

Now that you put it that way....

But still how do you forget to put shipping price while relisting the same item like, 100 times?

That does not make sense.

Even a blind man would notice something was wrong!

I bought from the second listing with free shipping. No "sorry" email here so far. It was pretty funny how fast the number sold was increasing.

He only re-listed the free shipping auctions 2 or 3 times.

But he did not notice that his paypal account said: Munay recieved = $2.95 ?

He just noticed the "Munay recieved" part then :D

BTW, why do you say tha he relisted it 2 or 3 times, when 100 units was sold?

There was more than one of his auctions listed the same way. Some of them had shipping charges and some of them did not. All of them had "more than 10 available" listed

Ah, I see.
I did browse his account a bit, he has like, 50 of same items listed.
Some Iphone accessories or something, and green and violet lasers.
Nut much items but each listed few dozen times.
