Well I asked him to refund me, ship the order without batteries and bill me for $180 - 5~10% discount. It's late in China so I don't expect him to answer before tomorrow.
If he answers negatively I guess I'll buy from Blord who is in Belgium I think so there is no risk for customs as we're both in the Europeen Union. But I'm still hesitating for safety reasons...

If i were you i would buy from Blord really if any problems im sure he will respond quickly and be helpful. And if a problem its fast ship to belgium from france then to china think about it.

Man, Blord is your backup?! He should have been first this whole time. everyone who owns on of his lasers are extremely happy. He's one of the best builders out there. For $180 he has 2.4w 501b we its copper heatsink. That's a no brainer. He also could build the green for your friend too. If you ever do get a Blord laser in the future, you'll be kicking yourself you didn't go to him first. And his customer service is fantastic. ANY problems will be quickly taken care of. He warranties his work for a period of time as well.

I didn't order from him first because he didn't have 200mW greens at that time. So I'll wait for Lazerer's to refund me than I'll see, depending on the price he offers me. And might go for the 1.5W+ 445nm beast

Lol ill build you a 200mw 532. $88 module $20 host .......plus. Smidgen for labor!!! Just go with Blord!!! Laserer or Blord hmmmmmmmm............what!!!!!! Haha ;)

Tmack is right on the money.

I have never bought from Blord but he has a good reputation around the forums for building some of the best lasers out there, many times even better then some of the companies that sell lasers.
If you need a 445nm laser, Blord should definitely be in your top 3.

They have been out of the trusted source for over 5 months people just dknt read any stickies or reviews. They see one review from 2011 that was good and then click order. Its amazing how quickly peoppe jump to spend their money and then do extensive research after the payment has been made. Makes me LMFAO, point and case the last few lazerer orders and all WL orders.

To OP, I'm not calling you stupid, just saying you are very impulsive and when it comes to laaers that's not a good thing. Next time you order a laser check out the yellow link in my signature,tit has a list of trusted companies

Hear hear! It's your money, do some research before plopping it down. Lazerer is not a pain advertiser, and there are many threads like this one describing problems with their service. People only mention Lazerer because they may have heard about them, and so many people here just want the cheapest laser they can find regardless of quality, or service. It's like O-like back in the day, or WL, or any other company that has let people down over time.

The worst part about all this is that people use this forum like it's Lazerer's customer service. What the hell are we going to do about your order besides tell you to be patient, contact them, and/or dispute the charges -- like any company you buy through?

Concure. That has been said many many times in various reviews or lazerer issue threads but people are still buying from him. He has sucked since March '13 and 10 montha later he ia still getting sales from members here. FYI Max doesn't check these forums anymore since he doesn't care about customer service or your laser. He cares about his pocket so stop feeding him money!

When you have great options like custom builders, and our already established list of reputable companies, it's hard to believe he still gets so many sales. I've been seeing even more threads lately stating they have already ordered a laserer product and are with having problems with the shipping, or the product. Not to say I've never seen a good review, there are many more complaints. At least what I've personally seen.

True, im only happy he never answered me then, saved me alot of trouble i imagine why bother selling lasers if you cant even have something called customer service? close it better then the reputation here is down the bottom anyways and sad to see that people still will buy those that dont even come herer or know of this place...:cryyy:

I finally got refunded. He didn't reply to my message where I asked him to send my order if he offered free shipping along with 5-10% discount. At least I got my money back! Now I need to find a 200mW and ~20mW 532nm. I'm not buying the 2W blue for safety reasons (won't be able to use it much in a small flat in Paris...).

I'm thinking about buying the HL 532nm 300mW along with the LP 532 20mW you suggested. I just need to buy googles/batteries/charger in France. I also PM'd Tmack to see if I can buy the 200mW from him.

yeah laserbtb seems nice, i have one laser ordered there too so its good u got your money back, hope nobody deals with him again, useless seller.
