Hello everyone,

First of all this is my first post! I've been reading stuff here for almost a month now and i decided to make an account.

I have had laser sinds I was nine years old. First a couple of simple reds. then when i was older a 50mW greenie:) The last three years i have had several simple 150mW and 200mW green and red lasers. Most of them with focusable lenses an 18650's.

Now i am really enthousiastic about lasers and i first wanted to build a 445nM myself and i was searching on this forum what i need.

Then i came across a company called "Lazerer". It seems a really good company if I read the posts here. So i decided i wanted to order 2 1W RIFLE series.

I emailed max if i could get the lasers sets adjusted to 1200mW.

He emailed me back and said that was no problem but i have to use the lasers in reasonable duty cycles. he emailed me within 1 day which I was happy about. Also i wanted power certificates.

I send him my paypal so he could offer me a payment request on paypal. But now i haven't heard of him in almost a week?

What should i do? Wait longer? Or just order on the website?

I really want to review both lasers on the forum for you guys. My friend has a laserbee and i want to check there output (Heard they were overspec and i want to confirm that!)

Well hope your erlier buys from laserer could advise me what i should do..

Thanks in advance!:thanks:

Greetings,

I ordered for the first time with Lazerer last week.. it was something small and I haven't received any information or emails apart from a receipt via paypal.

Not sure if they give you a tracking number with that free shipping seeing as I've never ordered with them before.

It's the same with me, I ordered from their website and have since been sending e-mails asking questions, and they haven't replied for over 14-15 days. But today I atleast received my laser, working.

But I did want to ask them a question, now its to late I guess. Their products are excellent, but I wouldn't say that the customer service is.

Yeah, I think they need to hire a couple of service reps with all the new business they seem to be getting.

You aren't screwed, PayPal is hated amongst sellers for one reason, the dispute function.

Lazerer is a trusted company, so you shouldn't have to worry. And no problemo, I use my phone a lot.

But am I the only one experiencing a LOT of downtime on their website? it goes on and of like everyday..

Wow, that's strange. It happens to both of my computers located in two different apartments..

Must be something with either my country or my internet provider..

You're not the only one. I've seen it go up and down a few times now.

At least it's not blocked like rayfoss... have to turn off mbam IP blocking in order to go to their site.

Is that so? Then I'm not alone.

I love this conversation we're having with like 1 minute delay per message.
