Thanks, Infinitus, this guy's story is spread over so many threads it is REALLY hard to follow. I just read some of the other posts where it looks like it is stolen. Shame, but again not Max's fault, and even more so a risk we all take when ordering online (theft).

wait, sorry, dont mean to thread jack, but i bought the classic 100mw green today from lazerer, and i live in the uk. will it get confiscated becuase im not sure about the rules and also how long will it take to deliver?

No ive ordered lots of things from lazerer max is a great guy, hes just busy! I live in the netherlands and ive never ever heard anybody about costums confiscation here an i believe the law states 5 mW here..

Most of the time it takes about two weeks after you order is shipped for it to come in! But due to delays could be about 1.5 week longer! Dont worry you laser WILL come in!

only ever had one thing taken by customs and they take the whole package not just something out, you get a letter and chills when this happens, someone got ripped of by a postal worker is my bet. Ask them and I don't know if they will to declare the laser as a flashlight. Always worked for me, wallets is another way I get things though, like bags of antibiotics.

already been shipped today ;( cant as max to do the flashlight thing now becuase hes already sent it off to me. just have to hope for the best

Don't worry.
1) Max marks them as 'flashlights'
2) There are no customs rules on lasers in the UK at the mo

great just have to wait a while for it then i suppose. best thing i think would be to do is to just forget bout it for a while so i dont kill myself in anxiousness. thanks guys
