Laserbtb shipping error

Recently ordered an HL-445 1W from Laserbtb on Jan 25th. Had some issues making the purchase due to paypal link not working.
The main issue I have with them is I paid for DHL and after a week of being in production they sent me an email with a HK Post/USPS tracking number which really sucked to see.
I emailed them about this and asked for a partial refund for the difference in shipping but no response.
The laser is in NY as of now on the way to Jersey and I'm hoping the quality makes up for this very frustrating mistake they made.:yabbmad:

Why those stupid sons of bitches, how dare they. That's what you get for buying Chinese lasers, however it's good you posted this so people know this can happen. When it does arrive please post some photos and at least a short review if you can because there are a few people here buying from them.

I see you are new here so let me be the first to say welcome to LPF. New members here should also post a thread in the "Welcome" section to tell people a little about yourself.

Best of luck with your new laser, be sure not to exceed the duty cycle and don't drop it or put the batteries in backwards, and I hope you have safety glasses.

Haha, I guess it's to be expected from China.
I do have safety glasses which I will wear and I have an extra pair in case I want to show a friend.
Thanks for the welcoming. I just posted an introduction in the welcome center.

Weird i have bought from them several times and i never had any problem, they always responded to emails within a day or so, but dont let that drag u down im sure once u get the laser u will feel better but they should give u a partial refund if u indeed selected and bought dhl shipping then they an honest mistake but should still stand for their mistake.

Pi R Squared its hard put in the batteries wrong as all their lasers even he pens are labeled what kind of batteries and what direction they go in, a small but good feature so u can forget the laser for a year take it out and all info is there so nothing can go wrong, but i think they have reverse protection as i put in my hlb batteries more then once wrong direction and nothing happend.

Received the laser on Feb 11th and more than happy with it. It feels solid in the hand, beautiful blue beam and great burning capabilities. I especially like the on/off safety lock. As I've read in reviews the shutter does tend to move on it's own but not a huge deal.

Thanks! I am really loving this laser. I wish it wasn't so friggin cold outside here in NJ because it's great to see the beam at night.

Zoo start building yourself it pays off . My first laser was a Chinese 500mw 532nm.there over spect. My LPM registers 265mw it was 50.00 could have bought a xdrive and a half of another with it. Live and learn lots of custom hosts here and all the goodies to go with them. Once you built your first you'll appreciate your efforts. You can say I built that and with more info you absorb you'll get better and better and want more. It's like a disease in a good way. Oh keep your $ here I the states although there are many members from abroad.
Good luck hope this helps shed some light .

The old pay for high end shipping & get slow boat mail trick, yep, I've had that happen and it was a US seller. I paid more for their product than another seller I could have bought the same thing from because I wanted the FedEx quick shipping and instead, they send it by some freight forwarding trucking outfit. You can't file a claim on ebay against that practice either. It took so long to get it, I was locked out of the window to provide negative feedback, I should have done it as soon as I could.

Glad you are happy with your laser though, it would have added insult to injury if there was something wrong with it.
