Annoys me the way they think were all idiots.

If he was to say, "I'm starting up a laser shop, i'll send a few samples out to be reviewed" , you let him be and welcome him.

Wow we are good at this whole calling out spammer/scammer thing :D

..and that's one of the many extremely valuable aspects of LPF I do not take for granted. Thank you vets, OGs & experts for pointing out something most ppl wouldn't spot before investing some good $$ into something potentially not so good from a company like this. :)

Jetlasers should contact Ixwebhosting.com the people who host this website and file a DMCA Report for the images this would get the website removed and the user info black listed from hosting websites in many places, So Jetlasers all you need to do is go to Ixwebhosting.com click contact us and wright an email saying that kinglasers.com is using your images on there website without consent and you'd like to file a DMCA Report on there website.

within 24-48 hrs in most areas the site will be removed the user can be fined up to 2,000 USD depending on what state they live in.

lmao if you goto http://kinglasers.com/product.php?id_product=20 right click and save the image it saves as jetlasers-c-green-lasers

here is the link to the same images on jetlasers
http://www.jetlasers.net/images/jetlasers-c-green-lasers.jpg

I know you guys already posted they are the same but this is so people can see for them self's lmao

sorry guys this guy is so full of it

Limited Warranty - Laser King
However, this does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact.

This part is not bad either. :D
An unusual choice of host material.

I already wanted to buy a ZUES, but couldn't find one yet, now my time has come. :eg:

One more question: Can one pay with cards?

If he can rip of one guy, then his time + domain reg is already paid back, don't think one will fail for the trick but who knows.

here is the info for jetlasers to use

IX Web Hosting takes issues regarding intellectual property infringement very seriously, and we will act to rectify an issue regarding a client following DMCA laws and procedures. Please note that once you provide us with the DMCA complaint, we will notify the client that they must either file a counter notification or agree to the removal of the content. If they choose to file a counter notification, per DMCA law we must allow the client to host the content until such a time as the originating party secures a court order against the client demanding the removal of the content.

Here is the best format to support your claim to IX Web Hosting and ensure that your complaint is DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) compliant.

1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon as well as any supporting evidence as proof of infringement.

2. Identify the material that you claim is infringing the copyrighted work listed in item #1 above.

3. Include the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

4. Include the following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

5. Sign the paper (this must be a valid signature and cannot be digital.)

6. You may attach the scanned complaint to an email and send it to abuse@ecommerce.com with the subject “ATTN: Kevin Van Scoder/Derek DeHart – DMCA complaint – [kinglasers.com]”; you may also fax the complaint to our offices at (614) 777-1699 ATTN: Kevin Van Scoder/Derek DeHart – DMCA complaint – [kinglasers.com]; or, you may scan the complaint and attach it to this ticket.

Once we receive correct legal documentation in this format we will act to rectify the issue if one is proven.

Sincerely,

Artem Lyhvar
