Jake21!! What are you doing??

Ok, you sent me a message a month or so back now and you said you wont be able to repair my blue ray laser I sent back to you for a week or two.

Well it has been longer than two weeks and I am getting slightly concerned that I have seen you on the forum posting over the lasst few days, yet you haven't replied to my private messages.

Sorry to post like this, I know it will damage business for you but come on. At least let me know whats going on.

If you cant repair it or something then a simple refund is all I ask. What are you doing??

I<m waiting a packaged he supposedly has sent to me 25 day ago!

i have done business with him (made him a pot setup for a spirograph and he kept up with replys and talked the whole time... but he was the buyer this time not the seller.

seems like a stand up guy though

i sold him a heat sink and he was a ideal buyer.

Also I have a problem with Jake21.
He has to sends me a BR diode. He tells me that has sent three diodes to me, but I haven't never see nothing.
I have received some package from USA, and I haven't problem, never.
Now he has tell me that has sent me another diode... But I don't know.
I have tell him to send me the same money of BR diode on my PayPal address, but he wants to send me another diode.
I hope that this time the diode will arrive.
In the near future I'll post here the "result", or some news.

I bought a flex drive from him and shipping was fast, although I had the same diode problem, but he will give you what he owes you.

What diode problem did you have?

lamborgini8 i never got the laser did u have a tracking number when u sent it out ? andi told u today that ill make up for it by giving u few 803 sleds and a silver pen case for u to make few complete lasers

and gregorio87 i sent u few diods and matter of fact i just sent one out few days ago and i have proof with a tracking number  

Rangedunits u asked for empty sleds for the optics ect..... now im sending u some for free because im nice and paying for shipping as well if i was u i wouldent be mad at me bc u didn't get them yet and the main reason its a free gift from me to u

sorry if i haven't been on for few weeks to send things out asap, because i was in the hospital from an infection so i had to have my head sliced open from ear to ear and im still in recovery so its hard for me to get out but i jsut want to say sorry for any one i pissed off

jake im calling you out. i sold some1 a few of the sleds and they in turn shipped 1 of the sleds to you with some other parts to be assembled into a dorcy jr host. you STRAIGHT UP LIED to them and told them when you opened the box the diode in the sled was broken. i inspected every box when i got them in and theres no way a broken diode got past me. ive already talked to them and told them i would replace the diode since you appearantly scammed them out of it. its been annoying enuff with you already being slightly dishonest about your "pre-order" which isnt even a pre-order but a GB and posted in the wrongsection but now im having to fix problems b/c of you being a scammer? i dont think so! this is complete and utter BS and if i was avery id ban you for at least a week. ive already -repped you for being a bit dishonest and evasive during questioning. if all you want to do is scam ppl then you should go elsewhere.

P.S. i hope all the ppl that participated in his GB actually receive something...

i wouldnt ship or sell anything to this guy with out delivery confirmation. hes already tried to scam me by saying he never got a package i shipped to him when online tracking said it was delivered to his mail box. hes lied and been evasive when questioned numerous times. personally id avoid him like the plague...

We see the same type of action with his sled deal.  He found the source, undercut Drew's price, and then stole Drew's verbiage from the FS posting.

In addition I have received numerous queries via PM about how to react to one of his "didn't get" and/or "never sent" and/or insufficient packaging type of actions.

Handle with care (and as much tracking as possible) folks.  Even then be prepared to call him out on his crap.  We have seen that even with delivery confirmation, he is willing to claim an article was not delivered.  He relies on your desire to protect your reputation and to be "nice" to get away with his crap.  If you feel he has scammed you, speak up.  Your silence is helping him.  Part of the value of a forum such as this is that we CAN help protect each other, and that by doing so, we get a superior product and service from the community.

Plus, the call to only work through a middle man when dealing with him still stands.

Read both his reputation AND his last 40 posts to understand who you are dealing with.  You should actually do this with anyone you are thinking about dealing with.  This information is as easily available as clicking the number under his avatar or clicking on his name and then searching his last 40 posts in his profile.

where you at jake? id like an answer or are you being evasive and dishonest again? i noticed you posted done on you second GB. does that mean you scammed more ppl? i dont want to hear any excuses about how you had surgery either. i wouldnt be surprised if it was a lie just to throw ppl off your case for now. im pissed at what you did to rob and even more pissed that im having to cover for your f*ck up. ill -rep you every chance i get until you explain yourself.

p.s. dont forget i got your addy and i dont mind makin a road trip.
