hello boys...my story is ncredible......
on the far 8 april 2009 i ordered a laser and 2 items at focalprice. i paid 23$ total. but .......italian custom blocked the pack..because it has in the inside the laser. sometimes lasers pass the italian customs.. others no.
..i KNOW that italian post is very very BASTARD and slow. even if they SHOULD ship back items.. at 80% times they keep it. you can do 20 calls on the direct phone numbers... but it is useless.......NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PACK.
...yesteday i entered in my fp account. i noticed 1 message... wow they received the pack!!! they asked me if i prefer a full refund or coupon of equal $. i choose full refund on paypal.:thanks:
guys............i REALLY LIKe focalprice.......... it is very serious........ i lost another 38$ laser in the past and they refunded me when italian customs shipped it back.
but this time.. there are 15 montsh of delay from the initial shipping order
i think dealextreme is not so serious... for 2 times italian custmo blocked a pack.. i emailed DX thay thay should receive it back. i've never received a confirmation about the received parcel.
dealextreme laser's page il BLOCKED by 1 year or more......no new items... prices high...
in focalprice i've found MY best laser store where to do my purchase.
i think does not exist a LARGER laser section on other stores... with SIMILAR good prices.......:wave:
inow i feel safer to order from FP.... because i know that if i order it...... i wil lreceive it at 50% probabilities......(italian cust....) and if it os blocket there are HIGH CHANCES that some months ago i wil lreceive a full refund.
2 laser blocked = 2 lasers refunded.
i hope this thread will help some buyers to know the REAL face of focalprice..... almost for me........:na:
