Impatience!

I don't really like to be one to complain, but it's been 4 days since I placed an order at Aixiz. Just little stuff (a couple diode modules).
And my order is still "pending."
What kind of delivery time should I expect for Aixiz? My first laser purchase took only 6 days with free shipping (Laserglow  ).

I live in Southern CA, and I believe Aixiz is based in Texas... so it shouldn't take too long should it?


I read a few other people's comments about Aixiz somewhere else on this board, and I don't wanna wait a month!

So what should I expect?

I could probably drive down to Texas, pick up my shit, and get back home before they ship it out.

Unfortunately, they are a bit inconsistent. Sometimes they are like lightning. Sometimes they are like molasses.

I just got word from Aixiz...please be patient!

I just got an automated email from Aixiz. It makes sense...the hurricane is causing major problems for their operations. No personal email, phone, power, etc. I hope their company comes out all right!

I apologize for this automated response. Due to hurricane Ike which will directly impact us our operations are shut down until Tuesday.
We expect to lose power, internet, phone and ability to communicate to our customers and ship products. We may also sustain structural damage to our facilities, but we are hoping for the best.
We hope you understand this issue as it is a matter of safety for our staff.
I will personally respond to your inquiries as soon as we can and we have access to the information we need to resolve any issue.

Yeah I just checked the other thread you posted.
Poor Aixiz.

Yeah axiz is slow and shorted me on a few orders, but they DID make it right. in the end, just be patient.

Yep I've almost clocked 4 weeks now on my last order
