My x125 from nova broke so I sent it back to nova, but according to the fedex tracking, it has been delivered to the Receptionist/Front Desk, not the warehouse. Did my package get delivered to the right place? will nova recieve my laser and repair or replace it?

I'm pretty sure that the front desk will forward your laser to the repair dept. You may want to send them an Email just to make sure though....... rob

Rswitz, you do know that Novalasers has an email address for customer service, right? I mean, you've asked about 20 questions here about their shipping policies, tracking, even whether they got your package or not. This forum is not staffed by Novalasers, they are just helpful people with free time. If you want a quick and definitive answer you should email sales@novalasers.com

It's not that you're not welcome to ask questions here, but what you're asking is best answered by the company. Nova knows if they got your package and they can tell you right away, the forum members here do not know these things, they're just giving you advice based on past experience.

So far have had good responses from DX and have said will refund postage when laser is received. I know some people go off about the need to photo the receipt, but see it as fair enough, how else are they to know how much you paid for postage? So asking for a photo of proof is fair enough I say.

Not only is this thread almost four months old, but it has nothing to do with DX. Please read more than the title before posting.

Peace,
