My laser pointer from e-bay came. Said it's 5mW, ...but it didn't come with a label on it. Whatever though, I like it anyways. It's a good first laser. Beams shines far, far away in the night!:drool:

...It also came with an extra lens for making the ceiling all star-wars-like. o.o

Most of the reviews are definitively fake. They don't mention the product at all, like this:

It was an awesome experinence shopping with DinoDirect. The quality of goods is very good. Selection is as I expected is very huge. Delivery is fast. Customer service is helpful.

I was thinking of buying this: 100mW 532nm Green Laser Pointer Kaleidoscopic Green Laser, 100mW Green Laser Pointer, Kaleidoscopic 100mW Green Laser Pointer - DinoDirect.com

But then they turned up the price from 17$ to 32$, and it says now it cost 37$ before. Don't believe what they say.
It says Class 3B (update: the factory has confirmed this to be a genuine Samsung Laser Chip rated 3B)
just like the "true" series from dealextreme, but i bet its fake.

Anyone notice anything weird about home-slice Vaxbby? I'm fairly certain it's the same "sneaky bastard" who runs off with our money and makes profit while the orders are sent to China.

I've dealt with these guys before. You will order your items, pay them but get nothing. That's right. You get nothing.

Honestly, just fork over the few extra bucks and save yourself the headache. Definitely not worth the trouble.

Yeah, the thing you described happened to me. I was trying to buy the "100mw". My mistake for trusting a company named "Dino Direct" with all positive reviews, selling 100mw lasers. lmao

come on,I really don't think so ,I bought my favourite 3 times from there,nothing bad happened,and the gifts were really cute,sorry,I just don't want someone is unfair to other

Their products are not what are advertised, especially the blue-violet laser you indicated. I bought one, it sucked. Obviously not good enough for presentations. I've been trying to return it for weeks, but have been sent to their "technical support" department to try and fix the problem. By changing the battery. It is ridiculous. Note to everyone: do not bother with this company.

not true, you are just unhappy with the product because you did not know the limitations. DinoDirect is actually a very good company to deal with, my 100mW green pen laser from them is %50 above speck. the first one had problems with the lens, and they sent a new one after I gave them a picture of the messed up lens. Dinodirect is great guys, no better nor worse then rayfoss or DX or most of the others.

I ordered a 100mw green laser that looked like about 20mw (compared to other lasers I have--maybe their power includes the unshielded IR). I sent it back but never got a refund. There were other things I wanted to get, but not anymore.

ok i just ordered a blue-violet 100mW focusable laser from them yesterday il let you guys know how it goes. so far so good got all the confirmation emails and its already been shipped, according to the second email i received this morning. so well see how this goes and il let you guys know the outcome.

ok now i can say from first hand experience that DinoDirect is 100% legit. My laser just came in today only took a week and a half which is pretty good considering it came from singapore to usa. The laser works perfectly and it does appear to be 100mw or higher although i am new to violet lasers so i don't know. but it does light matches in a second so im guessing it is very close to 100mw if not more. i also got that free gift of crystal mud or whatever it is lol idk its pretty useless but there was also a 5 and a 10$ gift certificate for dino direct in the package so that made me pretty happy il have to order a 15 dollar green laser or something for free lol so it worked out pretty good for me. don't bother with tracking i asked for a tracking number they gave it to me but it never updated. the package arrived today but tracking still says it left singapore on the 27th. overall im very happy and pleased with dinodirect at this point.
