That's nice, but you should really make it easier for individuals to order things.

^^ I agree there are no prices posted and that makes a little difficult to decide what you want to buy. I don't want to go thru the hassle of calling or e-mail to find out what the price is on an item or items and it is difficult to order. It needs to be easy to place an order or find out prices not difficult.

Just my opinion and that is why I haven't ordered anything from CNI

I am sure you guys would get MUCH more business if you posted prices. I don't even bother looking through your site because I dont mind asking an email saying how much is this, how much is this, how much is this, how much is this, how much is this. If I could just see what you wanted for something I would have bought quite a bit of stuff of there by now.

If you've ever tried to order from CNI you know the process is a lot more difficult than just asking for prices. They'll charge retail prices for the lasers then tack on about 70-90 bucks for shipping and there's usually a ~$30 Bank transfer fee.

Ordering from the distributors is no better. All of the distributor websites (Besides Laserglow) are pretty much useless.

CNI has some of the best lasers around, you just can't get them. I don't see the point of advertising the website here if they clearly don't want to deal with individuals.

Exactly.. Please read this. You would get a Shit-ton of sales if you wanted to.

Knock knock CNI. This is the biggest laser community, and we are telling you what we want so you will sell to us.

Sometimes you can get cheaper single orders than the same laser from say LaserGlow or somewhere, so buying direct might be a bit of a hassle but you can get better deals from them, so it's up to you.

Weel I know that places like laserglow add on cost as that's how company works. But, wouldnt you be more likely to look through their things and buy things?

I too wish prices were posted... I would probably buy stuff if there were prices posted.

.. Not even that. I've asked for a lot of (pricy) custom wavelengths. Getting CNI to say yes, even if you're willing to pay the shipping and bank transfer fee seems to depend on what mood the person on the other end of the line is in.

I KNOW you guys can do DPSS 490. Why won't you sell me one? 9_9

I'm guessing my 561 was just me hitting someone on the right day.

I had to pull teeth at first for my 671 DPSSes, and then for some reason they decided to do them, suddenly, for about 1/3rd the price, when Glenn asked.

"Distributors" won't even carry 473nm PGL-III-C's. I really wish you guys would just take paypal or credit cards. Really. You'd get a lot of orders.

Really, you guys make good lasers. But some consistency and predictability would be nice.

I have a feeling they are just going to avoid this thread now, or try to explain it by saying something that doesnt make sense. :yabbem:

They are the only company I have heard of (So far) that doesn't like to sell their product. (Excluding Large companies like Nichia)

^ LOL, is not that Nichia don't like to sell their products, is only that they don't like individuals and privates.

I have a friend that buy from Nichia (RGB leds), and usually he made orders in 10.000 to 20.000 pieces ...... they consider this a "small sale", and also asking for samples, don't give him any advantage from individuals, regardless all the LEDs he usually buy from them, so figure you a normal, private user, how much become considered :p .

By large companies, I meant the ones that only sells in bulk. Not there actual size. :na:

We know CNI sells to single people. I don't get them. And I think the shipping and bank transfer fees are bull shit.

They ship express worldwide DHL shipping from China, that's not cheap. And wire transfer fees to China are not cheap either.
