CNI Pen not Working

I just received a 100mW CNI pen (GLP) directly from them, and it's not working out of the box. Going to see what they say. I've never heard anything bad about them, so I'm sure it broke while shipping or something.

I don't think there's any IR coming out.

I recently got a PGL-III-532F 200 mw from them and the interlock just free turned in the cap right out of the box, breaking the solder joints. They sent a new cap right away and it arrived withing 4 days (amazing to the USA). It didn't have the interlock and I got to keep the original which I wired to moitor current. Hope yours works out, that's gotta be frusterating!

CNI is great, but they sure could use some QC final!
