Take a look at hte idiocy running rampant in Wicked's forum - I mean, I know this is not a news flash to most of us here, but I went over there to pop in my three worthless bids (hahahaha) and saw this thread...I just had to bring it back here for everyone's enjoyment. The "gods" of Wicked staing falacies as fact - and to think some of those morons are moderators over there. Geesh.

I'm admittedly new to this, but what exactly is wrong in that thread? Would it make more sense if the URL in the original post wasn't edited out (i.e. it was a Nova Laser instead of a ThinkLaser)?

Understandable that you would not realize what the issue is if you are new here, my apologies !

Well, I will not go and pick it apart piece by piece, but all the low posters popping up to support a WL "GOD" when he spews crap out about another company just to stay in Wicked's good graces sickens me.

All the bad press about Deal Extreme lasers has been disproven on here a multitude of times, but of course over there, hammering another company was fine. I dunno if they even allow other companies to be mentioned period any longer, much less such a discussion !

Anyways, all the " Oh yeah, this laser sucks becuase Athoul says it does, yeah" comments just agravate me. This is most likely a pointless thread for the old timers here, but for the new folks, there is nothing wrong with DX lasers, everything of their original line 50mw and below are IR filtered well, and the 100, 150, and 200mw versions put out a tad bit more IR than most of us would like, but are still damned good bargains ! That pretty much summarizes it - I just really dislike the fan-boi mentality, and a few of those posters there have recently been banned, or suspended for talking about other companies on there and what not !


Things - no idea why you are banned over there, it could be your IP range has been identified by their spam detecting super computer (which is located right next to their factory YEEEEAAAAAHHHHHH, RIGHT !)
could be your IP is marked as spammer territory.

Heck, they still have Windstrings banned because they though he owned Laserglow ! hehehehehe

I decided against replying at all, since the majority over there do not listen - plus whenever I post, Proctor pokes his big fat stupid head in the post as well, and I have no desire to start another war with that moron.
