Whos selling eBay ripoff's?

Certainly not Jon from Odicforce.

If you actualy read the link I posted you will see a quality laser, that has been power tested to guarantee 100mw from a reputable UK seller.

Unless I am wrong that is exactly what you asked for?

I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but......

I would be hesitant to accept the power readings as precise fact from an
optical sensor LaserCheck... (sure it is a lot better than no tests at all)

We own 3 LaserChecks... two purchased brand new and one purchased
used... between the 3 of then there is a 10% reading difference... not one
is calibrarted the same... (The specs say +/- 5%)

Then... if you do not know the exact wavelength of your laser to the nm...
you may set the LaserCheck to an inappropriate wavelength to throw
the reading off even more... The LaserCheck is exact Wavelength dependent..

I would think that a company selling lasers and making a big hype about
their PowerCheck procedures would use a Thermal LPM...
