There is a very clear "Ads by Google" sign right next to that. All those small blue and grey links without pictures are created automatically by Google Adsense. It finds random ads fitting the forum and fitting your search history.

It is going against Susies wishes not to advertise or sell on LPF I think.

As far as I know you can filter specific ads on adsense. There was a "block rival ads" section last time I checked xD
