Well, I have my parents to thank for that. They gave me access to a lot technology ever since I was little. I was deep into video games, so didn't really do much till later.

You're VERY close. Except there's really no Law on the age here. You have to remain at school till you're 16 but if you finish the last year exams, you can get out. I'm moving to the U.S for my Microbiology. Amazing potential there. I wanna do research into virology and genetic engineering with human enhancement potentials.

That is strict, I wonder how my qualifications will convert when/if I do my Microbiology in the U.S or Canada. I gotta look into that.

Thank you. Nootropics help? I got my first year Law exams in 2 weeks. So, 2 more years remaining for that. Then Microbiology is 4 years, 3 + 1 year placement. Then I'm thinking maybe working or go for a PhD. Because I need a PhD to get a position into research.

What you're going to do is wayyyy over my head - sounds very interesting though! I never was one for biology... Doing the right thing going to the States - even if you don't stay there forever. I recommend living in a different country for a while to everyone, it's a great experience.

On the subject of nootropics - I personally feel they make a difference. That said, get plenty of sleep, eat healthy, exercise, meditate - that'll provide the same benefits with no added risk and no extra cost. Feel free to add nootropics on top of that if you want.

Sounds like a lot of work - make sure you have time to have some fun in there. :D

Was not here for a few days.

Look , I can not and will not return the money.

I am willing to ship the items if the money get back into the account.

This is how it goes basically , I have profit from each laser. This profit is spendable. I can not keep it in my account for 6 months.

These lasers are custom made.

I do not know how it works in the US. But here when you got to someone to make something custom for you ( furniture , exhaust system etc ... ) you pay %100 ahead or %50 ahead at least and that is only if you know the guy personally.

Imagine you pay someone. And it takes 3-4 times more time to make the project done. This guy got to pay rent , and he got to live too. Is that right ? yes it is. So he can spend his profit and keep the money he needs for the project to be finished. ( this amount is lower the amount that he got paid for ).

Now , a customer comes and make a claim ( lets say he paid by PayPal ). Now the business owner will get into a negative balance and will not be able to complete the order.

I do not live from the air around. I drink , I eat , I got a car , I got rent to pay for. I got another rent to pay for the office.

So I can not keep the whole amount in my account. I got like 50 orders to make which about 30-40 got canceled by PayPal which means the money got on hold. I have parts for about 20 orders. I had enough money in my account to finish those 30 more orders. But it got out because of those claims and disputes.

In the real world , you can not do that. You can not cancel an order which is custom made per order even if a delay was caused. This just bad business.

I am still going to ship 20 orders. The rest of the money have been taken and I just can not and do not see why I should re-pay for them. Do not order if you can not wait. If you did order something , and it got delayed , you do not have to buy again from the same guy.

Over 50 last order and 40 disputes out of 3000-5000 lasers I built and sold over here and I can prove it. I became a scammer ? it is even not %1. Would you buy from someone on eBay with %99 feedback ? I would.

Because you did not deliver their orders you fucktard. :banghead:

I could deliver them. It takes more time than usual sometimes. And in this case a lot more. What is wrong in that ? it is not as good. it is a bit annoying but what can I do ?

If they would not open the disputes I would have completed them. Understood ?

Then send them back the money, and call it a day. Which is what everyone has been telling you to do since the beginning of this thread.

Give them the option to place the orders again after.

As it stands you're saying you're not going to do either, and it seems feel zero remorse about the fact. Walking away with people's money... that's stealing. In Israel too.

And don't give me that BS about 100% prepay for custom products, nearly a third of my customers are jewish, and israeli, and ALL I do is custom contracts work.

I do not have the money. I can not refund them. PayPal will not do it too. I am going to make contact with PayPal soon and solve this.

What can you do? Don't take orders you can't complete in a timely manner. It's not hard, jeez.

So now you're downright REFUSING to compensate people who placed orders with you but did not receive them? :wtf:

You're right - I would buy from someone with 99% feedback - if that 99% feedback was caused by the odd issue spread out across thousands of orders. Not if the 99% feedback was caused by lots of recent issues.

As for cancelling custom orders - that's what non-refundable deposits are for. So that you are still covered, at least a little, if the order is cancelled. Edit: As IE said elsewhere - your builds aren't that custom though.

You're just making yourself look more and more like a scammer the longer you keep this up.

So where did the money go? You talked of taking out profits to live. Ok. Fine.

What about the fixed expenses you know you need to cover. Hosts, Diodes, Drivers, Lenses, springs, switches, shipping, office, equipment, etc,.

It does not make sense that you aren't able to just refund people, unless you dipped into operating funds. Especially if you haven't purchased all required parts for all orders.

I am going to make contact with PayPal soon and solve this.

Why haven't you already? Short of a terminal illness of a death in the family there is no excuse that is acceptable.

I explained. The account is in negative balance. PayPal hold it. I am not sure if they will give customers money from their own. Not such an amount.

They shouldn't have to give customers money from their own.

If someone paid for an order you should either still have that money somewhere (Sure, spend the profit, that's different) OR, IF you don't have the money then you should have the parts for their lasers. So you should be able to complete the build and send it out to them OR refund them. Either way, the issue would be resolved.

So what you're saying is you took order money, spent it on things other than orders, didn't complete the orders and now can't A) Refund orders that aren't complete or B) can't deliver the orders because you don't have the parts OR the money to buy the parts.

And yes, before you say it again, you need to live, rent, food, bills, we get it. That's what PROFITS are for.

No they will not.

The question is why aren't you able to bring the account back to positive if by your own admission you haven't even ordered all the parts needed to complete all orders?

What everyone suspects it means is you NEED more money to complete or refund existing orders, because you already spent it.

Confirm that is the case, and lay out a plan on how you plan to get people their money back. Don't expect anyone to want any laser from you at this point.

I had money for the parts ! but PayPal put it on hold !!!

Lets say building something costs $50. You pay me $100. I spend my $50 profit and leave $50 for the parts I need to buy for your order. Then you cancel the order. Then no parts and -$50. Understood ?
