It's not the joker, Ped said the IP is unique and not going through a proxy, probably just another troublemaker. Not what we need right now, there are probably 10000 people out there that already think we are all nuts, I feel bad about people just finding and joining LPF at a time like this.

Madmacmo has said it best. Eitan this will follow and eat you up inside for a long long time. I don't see you as being that evil kind of guy "just yet" that just doesn't care.
Try making some type of offer as some diodes, hosts, drivers that you still might have. Some might be "ok" with it. But best thing first is to get those 20 or lasers out.
You do need to respond but in true honesty. I just saw you did a few times and its a good start.

DO NOT POST NAMES, EMAILS, ADDRESSES, ETC,. ON THE OPEN FORUM.

Eitan, if this is something you are willing to do, send it to one of the vets please. Do not post an open list here, with everyone's names, emails, etc,. It should be anonymized.

A bit off this thread topic but it goes with what IE. mentioned as to not to much personal info out in open forum and yes best bet is to go through a willing vet.

You're making several assumptions. You know what people say about that right?

1. That a guy who has already posted people's information in the open would not do so again.
2. That all of his customers have an LPF username.
3. That he is smart. Don't like kicking someone when they're down, but if he were smart we wouldn't be having this discussion.

This may be a bit of a surprise to you, seeing as you're the one that likes to do the stalking, but many people don't like to have their information out in the open. That's the "what" you're missing.

The other "what" is dependent entirely on Eitan and independent confirmation that he is doing something/anything. A list would be nice, but we lack the ability to verify it's accuracy, and again you're assuming he even kept good enough records to have a list.

Not everyone has a username. Does he post some gibberish to anonymize their name? Or are you asking him to track down an LPF name (for those that have it) to be posted.

Do we trust those anonymized names if he does?

For the benefit of those who do not feel comfortable speaking up, or don't even know this conversation is taking place, which may well be a large portion of customers who got screwed. Is this really too far of a strech given his track record? Eitan certainly seems to have paid far more attention to LPF members in the past.

Incidentally nothing, except an apology. Unfortunately I do feel obliged to monitor this situation because I did recommend his company on several occasions, and as an option, usually as a 2nd or third option, but I'm sure some went to him due to low prices.

How much does he owe you? Who does it benefit to keep arguing your case to have a list of names posted? Why are you so interested in a list with real names being posted?

I like Scifi, I really do and I definitely won't give up on your site. I will continue to keep you in mind for something later in the future, I havnt ordered from you in like 8 months so I don't know how everything is going right now, only based on what everyone else is saying, so hopefully you make this right by doing a few of the things most have mentioned. You're a great guy so I know you can fix this.

His website is down. People are guessing all the claims filed through PayPal(for good reason) was enough for PayPal to go ahead and bring his site down. Joker even said "we won't hear from him again". Sorry, but I think his ride has come to an end my friend. He wasn't running a sustainable business with the way it was operating.
