They have some interesting looking lasers at good prices, but are they legit and has anyone dealt with them or have any info on the quality of the lasers?

Thanks,

Tom Steele

the same question about (lazerpoint.com) Laser Pointer, Flashlights, LED Lights, Laser Stage Lighting & Accessories on Sale, I see this 50MW 808nm Red Laser Module with Power Adapter (Black) in $39.79 USD and i like't but some can tell if is reliable this company? is in USA ?
the web page has "about us" but don't tell his address
appreciate the review of more experienced members

808nm is not red. It's infrared. NOT a good option for most people. If you are looking for red, stick with something in the 650-660nm range or 635nm.

808 is mostly invisible with a slight red tint which can make it more dangerous, since most of the output is invisible but still damaging to your eyesight.

@ DrMACOR You really don't want an 808nm laser, you can't see the beam, so catching a reflected beam would be really bad. You could be blind before you even realize it.

Thank you guys, appreciate your concern, but I am using IR 100 mW
pulsed device manufactured for a friend of mine for biostimultion (905nm) of course with eye protection for the patient and for me, but my lasers are old (15 years), now I want experience with continuous regimen, I have doubts about the size of the point in this laser module from lzarer.com, because is invisible and the web site don't put specifications, the 905 nm I am using actually has divergence lense in the diode, if some one can sugest me a good web site for buy 50 -100 mW IR 808, 830, 850 nm in pen shape with good price/quality or some one can manufacture one for me we with nothing sofisticated specifications like adaptation to home elctricity instead bateries or adaptation to decrease or increase the mW from 50 to 200 mW may be we can deal something, for now I want test the continuos regimen like "MOXIBUSTION" with laser (search the word in wikipedia), thanks for your soon replay
PD My friend is very bussy this times

yes of course, was a finger mistake, is IR, I use in acupuncture for stimulation of acupuncture points with protection of eyes, as I understand the IR spectrum has better effects than red, ---red and IR was used for biostimulation purposes--
if some one is interested in manufacture this devices we can enter in details
---sorry for the language, english is my second language--
