AixiZ A+++ Service Tonight.

Just wanted to come and write a little write up on the service i Received Literally 10 minutes ago from the one and only Chuck From AixiZ.:wave:

So Here is the Story,

Went on ebay and Placed an Order but by Accident i ordered 2 lens when i thought i was just clicking to go Pay for my other stuff. So they were added to my order and i dint need them.

So what happened was I sent an email over to AixiZ stating i needed to remove that from my order before i pay.

It totally slips my mind to order directly from AixiZ site. I also Remembered that there is an Actual Number to call AixiZ for support.

So I Called AixiZ and talk to the Man Himself Chuck i believe. He said he got my pm and was going to take care of it. I asked him would he rather just cancel the whole order and Just let me order directly from his site. Yes was the answer so i did just that.

I mentioned i was an LPF member and He Sounded Very Happy to hear that.:wave:

Very well spoken did not give me a hard time and was more then happy to help me tonight.

So another :gj: coming from Me to You Aixiz. Thanks for having the services that you offer available at our fingertips.

Keep up the Great Work. Cant wait to get my stuff.

I Agree with you both. He is a Great Guy. I dont know him personal and would love to meet him one day.

I just find it so helpful to pick up a phone and call then to deal with PM's oversea and have to usually wait 24 - 48 hours for a response.

Its just Awesome.

Chuck is a great guy. He will go out of his way to make sure you have a good experience with Aixiz.

Dr. C Maricle AixiZ deseves a big Hakzaw BUMP- he has been good to/for the forum for many years and always will be.

if anyone has items that they would like to see Added the AixiZ store( dont shop aixiz eekbay OR amazon plz) send them to me and I will add the to our wish list..

I am ALSO happy to try an solve any issues anyone has with AixiZ or their items.

You could just send questions to Chuck , but in some cases he will fwd them to me anyway--lol.

90 % are guys who have seen too many kipkay vids- my 1st advice is to forget KK & YT and join the forums.

Chuck has little time for forum visits but likes to hear when Aixiz gets noticed==:thanks: TY to all the happy customers-

Dr Chuck reads all emails and tries to reply--he gets MANY so if it takes a day or two and its a short reply-- forgive-- I am willing to help you too.

.. JUST to be clear ONE MORE TIME. Hey Hak, maybe tell Chuck to sell just the front halve of the modules. Might help him to save a little material... Heck if he wants to trade backs for fronts I'll do that to discount for fronts using traded backs I dunno.

Regardless Chuck is a class act treats us real good and takes care of Vets also.
