i ordered 10 aixiz laser modules and found that 4 out of my ten wont screw together right.
The part from the diode holder to the back end always has a gap of 1.1 mm i tried to clean the threads thinking there was gunk in the way but it happened of 4 of them.
Has anyone ever had this?

Like T_J stated... if you bought them from Aixiz...
Just contact them... They have good customer service..

It is beyond me why you didn't do that first before posting...

well i wanted to know if this was a problem only to me, seeing as i have never even heard of this happening i thought maybe it was me but even after switching them around i still have 4 that wont screw all the way down.
You know maybe user error, but it finds out that its manufacturer tolerances error.
Trust me i would in no way try to bash aixiz i just wanted to know if i was alone in this problem but it sounds like others have had this but only like on or 2.

I dont have any of these but I would get a micrometer out and check to see if all of them are the same size - I would think that the threaded part is either to long on the male part or the female part doesent have the threads cut all the way to the end and it wont fit

you might be able to fix this by taking the male part and sanding it down a little so its shorter

again I dont have these so I am not sure if this will even work
