Yeah, it does seem like there wouldn't be a big demand for these unfortunately. Unless you're into collecting unusual wavelengths there probably aren't many people who would pay 10x what a Lyra costs to go from a bright green color to a slightly yellowish green. These sort of have the same problem that the laserglow rigel 593.5 has competing with the spartan. For $20 more, you can go from a .6-2mw 593.5nm laser to a 589nm 50mw laser.CNI would be the only source, yes.
I don't think DragonLasers, LaserGlow or any other reseller will start selling them. 532nm works just fine and most consumers won't want to spend $300+ for another greenish-yellow, plus there isn't a huge demand(kind of like yellow).
You could try to order a module from CNI. I helped laserman121 with his!
