PS3 LD Pins ?

Hello ,

Im Awf and I have a PS3 BR diode and I want to make a pointer ,but I want to know which pin is the (-) and which is the (+) ? can anyone post a picture or something to show me? and Which parts exactly used in the driver regulator ?
