Hi Pucho,
The duty cycle i ran this build at first is 2 minutes. And the CU heat sink was warm to the touch but not bad at all. Mind you the entire host is CU so it's one unified heat sinking transfer. Hope tis answers your question Buddy. Pleased to help you...

Hi FU,
Thank you for checking it out a full CU host in a slim configuration. I just did a 450 Ehgemus build in the blue section and i'll have a few others coming soon.
Thank You Pal Rich:)

Hi BBB,
I use the PLTB450B a lot instead of the M140, Most of them i get go over 2+W's running them at 1.8A's. I get them from an over seas connection. And he prices me very well on this diodes. I just builds one in a pen converted from led home depot pen.
Thanks buddy..

BBB, oh yes do yourself well and get one, Lifetime built me one at 1.8A using a G2. This PLTB450 diode has given me no need to experiment with a 3 element lens, thats how sweet the beam and dot is:)
