having some issues with the casings there are diferent on the inside

but good results
first 4 all do 220 mw +

Well, like I said in my post Andy, "Practice makes perfect". and you have had a lot of practice. I can ride a bike, but my 2 year old son has a hard time, do you see where I am coming from here? My point was only this, you need to allign the beams in 3 planes, to create a true colour mix, with no spillage. Using CD covers and blu tak takes a bit of time, and I am sure you will find that most novices to colour mixing are encountering the same difficulties as you did when you first tried it.

Oh and I see a lot of your pics , as good as they are have a fair amount of spillage and separation too

Aligning three beams in three dimensions and three angles will not be easy for a beginner....

But as I often do experiments myself where proper aligning is improtant, and also use what is lying around, I can understand what a pain in the rectum it can be to get it to work - and you move and it's all gone.
