Should have bought more when I had the chance, but wasn't looking to make a business out of selling these diodes. Just wanted a couple more for my own use and a couple to sell to help offset some of the costs. Don't ask where, because I can't say.

Nah, no worries. I will have to be a little bit more patient now.

(As for wherebout, I will just figure it out on my own, since I know some business prefer that where the part is obtained is to be kept a secret, of course - for the others, minimum purchase quantity requirements apply. So for now, I will just settle on fishing for the diodes indirectly as that's a lot of work in itself. Thus, I won't ask where to get it directly.)

Turns out being a DSLR owner apparently have its merits (I have Nikon D3400 DSLR camera I got for my birthday last year, and it's rather usable for one of my photography hobby, astrophotography), as I found that Giottos air blaster (the one that's shaped like a classic nuclear bomb / rocket) is useful in keeping the laser diode and lenses as clean as I'd like (I would prefer to avoid using solvents on the lenses being subjected to 200mW to several watts as it will just ruin that surface due to localized heating on the dirts and evaporated artifacts). Canned air duster's apparently not good as it leaves behind something you DO NOT want on a powerful diode's window and the pressure's probably a tad too much for certain lenses.

Keeping this blue laser as clean as I can is pretty important for me, as I am planning to push it to 1.2 - 1.4 Watts (at 1 - 1.1 Amps) to get about a watt through three-elements lenses, just so I don't accidentally ruin it, and I usually use flashlight diffuser cone designed for Convoy S2+ when I am not using it to prevent the lenses from getting dusty.
