Doesn't come with an AU plug though, but I'm sure you might have one already.

If 3 chargers didn't work already... don't take it personally but are you sure you're doing everything correctly?

Also, now that I have a 1.8W LASER, I want some eye protection because I don't want to make a mistake and blind myself.

What are some 445NM Glasses that can withstand up to 2.5W?

I can't find anything wrong with it, but others may suggest otherwise.

Perhaps you can find the components to build a test load, and then you can test if the driver works properly?

It is working fine, I put some crappy old battery in it and the beam turned on for 10 seconds but it was weak at least that confirms the driver is fine.

Guys, where can I buy a Heat Sink Screw and Allen Key? Mine didn't come with one and the diode keeps falling out.

you mean an allen wrench? aka hex key? they should be found in most tool boxes but if not try here

Hm, you definitely should've gotten one with your heatsink. Where did you buy it?

The laser module should be very tight in there, not moving at all - if it keeps falling out, it means that not only is your module held, the thermal contact is probably non-existent as well.

FIRST solve that. You can contact the supplier of the heatsink and ask for the missing Hex key, and afterwards, it does seem like a battery problem to me, how many freshly charged pairs have you tried?

I got my C6 'JUST ADD DIODE' kit from eytyxhs on here. It didn't come with the little screw, or the little allen key.

Also, what can happen if the diode isn't secure in the heatsink?

It will overheat hence the name heatsink. The heatsink absorbs the heat the module produces

I have the diode in the heatsink and it is all fine, it's just I don't have the diode secured by a screw atm, so it slips around in there.

Well the heatsink isn't doing any good that way, since there's no mechanical pressure, the heat transfer will be VERY slow.

If you're familiar with computer hardware, imagine laying your computer on the side and just simply laying the heatsink over your CPU, not actually tightening it with it's mechanism. That's pretty much what you have going on, except that the laser needs to be movable, so the situation is marginally worse.

You should solve that first, like I said, try getting a replacement from the vendor.
