Wow, that's like the crystal that will double anything according to the description....1064, 808 , even argon, so you can get 404, 532 , UV and apparently more.....wow again:

Yes it doubles pretty much everything from near IR to near UV that is polarized since it has a Brewster angle cut that simplifies Bragg angle adjustment. It can also be used for OPO devices too. It was originally a spare for a FREE-D Spectra Physics argon laser. You do not want to know what the new price of these crystals is!

yeah ... actually what is the new price for these crystals ? but anyway, I could use it for frequency doubling say 980nm IR light down to 490nm cyan ?

They cost about $4K each in single quantities. What is the 980nm laser, single mode, diode, solid state?

980nm Single mode diode laser, its not mines was just using it for an example Just a random wavelength IR laser I picked from OEM laser systems.
