<500mw 808nm burning laser

Hey i made a few burning laser awhile back, and i have it set at 350ish ma. I read on rayfoss.com Rayfoss working current is <500mw. If that is true i can certainly run my driver at 470ma+ correct? Or even just 420ma safely?

Uh -- Rayfoss says "working current is <500mw" ???? Ohm's law gone really bad.

Yeah, I forget who, but he said that Rayfoss is known for overrating their products

What, you don't like having your working current be spec'd in terms of a constant by which its inversely proportional to the square root of your resistance? So lazy....
