Does this appear to be 400mw? I know a LPM is only true test just cur ions from more experienced collectors

It looks blue kinda but its violet deep purple compare to this 445mm of higher power

Unfortunately nobody could tell you the power from those pictures. Or any pictures... (unless it is a picture of a LPM)

Of course I don't know the exact values, but there are several things about the image that allow "best guesses". there's a TV in the background, and going by quality/position of the laser relative to the frame they look to me like they've been done handheld, on a mobile phone, in a room with no lights on. Which usually results in an exposure of around 1/15s.

Fix the title. I thought it looked too blue.
