im looking for a small thermoelectric cooler with a driver to control it....pm me if u have any

You could buy one on eBay and make an LM317 driver for it, and use a panel pot for control.

I had a look on Ebay a while ago but they are not 'small' i.e. they are all 40x40mm or so. I was after 10x10mm square.

Jerry uses TECs that are around that size on his LPMs, why don't you see if he can give you a lead ?

If you don't need it a certain temp, all you need is a current limiting resistor and that's only if it's over a certain voltage. Often they'll run fine from any 12V supply.
