im looking for a diode, mine just turned into a LED because my bro is a tard, so im looking for a diode that has relativity good power and is in the visible spectrum, im on a low budget, not like $10 but a little more then that, jsut not too much more!  ;DConnor ;D

Windowless IR 780nm is cheap it can puts out 150mw, but not visible.

$15 will get you a blu-ray sled, you can get 110mW easy not a really visible beam but the dot is very bright.

sounds interesting, only problem is ive never removed a diode from sled, dont need a visible beam to much as long as it can burn =P, how much would a red burning diode be?
