Does anyone have an extra green driver or could point me in the direction of a cheap green pen just to take the driver?

I've found the ~$5 green pens off of ebay but I was just wondering if anywhere has cheaper ones seeing as I only need the driver to boost a 635 off of one li-ion.

I have seen cheap green laser pointers which run their IR diodes anywhere from 250-350mA. The use linear drivers and you might be able to adjust the pot so you can use it at the right current for your application. So I guess it could be done, but it would be interesting to know what your 635s voltage and current are going to be?

30ma it's only a 7mw diode. Also 2.15v-2.5v

^^^ I can guarantee the Aixiz Red Ones go form 0-~250mA.

It doesn't come the 80mA-500mA as they say it comes. It comes^^^what i said above.

Not 100% sure on the Ones from Ebay.

Like i said, I only use the Aixiz Ones on my low power builds as those are the ones i trust the most.

And you pretty much just hook up the diode + with the driver negative and place the battery in reverse to regulate the correct side?
