I have a 520 handheld, flashlight style, from laserBTB. However it is not 1W. I posted a for sale post but I believe the moderators haven't approved it yet because of my limited post count. let me know of youre interested.

I hear good things about Sci-Fi lasers. I've dealt with Eitan. Good guy. Promptly gets back to you when you email him too.

Went with the laser diode, module, lens and driver option :)

So he can build it to his own specifications :D

I'm sure he will be most pleased :)
