WTB: ~200mW Pref. 650nm - $60

Hey guys, I'm looking for a red laser thats around 200mW, for about $60. I don't really want to purchase from an online store, so please don't link me to another website. Preferably, the laser should run off of CR123's, however if it does not, please include a charger as well. I also need some new safety goggles for the laser, so please include those. Thanks a lot!
