As described in title and it needs to have room to heat sink the micro driver. Let me know what is is with price please.

Thanks

I actually bought that host and assembled it last night. Great little host but my next project will be a maxed out flexdrive at 1.5A so I want to make sure I have it heat sinked well. In the host you linked to it took me 3 trys resoldering everything together just to get the micro driver wraped in one layer of electrical tape to fit in the pill. Its not that it was that hard it just required longer lengths of wire than I thought so that it could twist and lay flat. The issue is that there is just no room to heatsink the driver since it has to lay flat practically pushing up against the diode pins.

Im looking for a larger host now that will easily have room to heat sink the driver.

I also know that jayrob is selling kits like this but Ive seen much better deals (like Mohrenbergs!) in this section.

I also bought that kit and it was very hard to get everything to fit. Its especially hard when you are not that great at soldering!

I needed very small solder joints and tiny sections of heat shrink to save space. If you dont have flamingpyro wire (included with kit) dont even try it.

But I have to say once it was together its an AWESOME little host! Easy to focus and looks like a factory laser without the aixiz focus sticking out the end.

But I need to heat sink this one
