It smells to me like the Nigerians scammers who still always try to pray on gulliable internet users. They've been out there for ages now, you would just think no one would fall for their schemes anymore. It's just a feeling and I'm not meant to be rude.

That is odd.
I got this, and assorted for-pay reverse phone services. It seems that US and UK does not have a regular on-line phone book.
It looks like a different store/factory.
Both searches come back to people selling willow baskets. Im guessing the same people selling at different locations and using the cell phone to do business.
