Prototype, It is impossible for the pictures to look familiar I have never had this listed before. I started the listing the day it arrived at my doorstep on 9-14-10 and last week i was away on vacation in Florida. In the interim, ebay kept deleting my posts stating that it was a hazardous item, so i had to relist it a few times...

That's because it is a hazardous item and against eBay policy to list and sell on there. Don't quote WL's line on it being FDA approved, because it's not.

Wow, breaking eBay rules to sell your overpriced laser, fully knowing that it was hazardous, you even have the audacity not to mention that this laser is extremely dangerous and that they would need eye protection? Jerk.

Pretty sure that is a crime...Hope you aren't from the U.S.....

Maybe ebay will hold his money and not let him get it through his paypal account because it's illegal, haha

I'd go and file a report but it's not my business... I just feel bad for the guy who bought it. 400 dollars and he doesn't even include safety goggles.
