Where can I get one of those phazor diodes that were in the interest guage?

Will anybody be doing GB's for green diodes?

thanks,

There are no commercially available Green didoes available as of yet, so hang that up - and ht Phaser diodes are just simply cost prohibitive, man....$40 + for not much more power than what you get for half that price from my diodes....NOT knocking DDL's attempt...I supported it until I found out that it is/was not much of a gain, and ZERO support, with no hard, cement proof in the form of a legitimate data/spec sheet on those diodes. It just really seemed to me that those folks that DDL were dealing with "found" some diodes and were trying to maximize profits.

If you want a diode that has more power than the gb like supposidly the phazor did harvest one from a 20x burner they are hard to get without breaking because they are open can, but they can go to 300mw with propor cooling dont try it unless its in a big heatsink or tec tho it will more than likely break it if its not.

....lazer... ;D ;D ;D

there ARE green diodes avaliable. although they are just DPSS in a can, not a real diode like a red. Even if you were to start a GB on the green DPSS diodes, i don't think many people would buy them, since the cost per 1 will still be very high!

so there are technically 2 diodes for sale on this site: SenKat, and Blu-ray... Am I right? I guess I'll hit the blu-ray.

And also, someone said IR was barely visible, I could not see it at all (unless I looked straight at the diode from an angle).

What would be your suggestion for another diode DIY project (under $100) after red and Blu-ray?

thanks,

Sometimes IR is visible, but it varies from person to person. Yep, Blu-Ray and SenKat. OH, and DO NOT LOOK INTO ANY IR DIODE!!! I realise you looked at it from an angle, but if you can see the light, the light is getting to your eyes!

Deal extreme offers Green "Diodes" which, as stated, are just DPSS lasers in a module-like setup. Theyre only 5mw, but its still pretty cool IMO ;)
