Hello everyone.

I'm looking for a Spyder III 1W, or a Spartan 1W blue laser. Or possible another 1W blue laser depending on the specs.

Good condition please, I will cover shipping costs as I will need overnight shipping. Money will be transferred via paypal.

Trusted sellers please.

PS: I don't want some huge ass shit laser in a box. Nice hosts please.

Thanks.

Those two statements are in conflict.

Do you want a Spyder/Spartan or do you want a custom built laser from one of the builders here?

Peace,

Those are both "huge ass shit lasers" (and one of them comes in a box) ;)

The Spartan is, at least, accessible for when you need to repair it.

With the Arctic, you are pretty much stuck with rebuilding a new laser in the host when it breaks.

Take some time to read around, take a look at some custom builds, and get an idea of what you really want. I can assure you, if you read about the experiences other members here have had with those lasers, your opinion may change.
P.S. there are usually quite a few 445 builds in the BST section at all times. Go check those out.

I really like the Spyder III's design and safety features though

However I can't wait so long for them to ship it to me, I'm going on vacation in a few weeks and I need it fast.

Occasionally, someone posts one in this board.

You might get "lucky.'

However, I cannot think of a better example of some huge ass shit laser in a box

I keep regretting I posted that since you all keep taking it the wrong way. There's no real need to color the text either.

The subject of the topic says all, I want to buy a Spyder III or Spartan 1000mw, there's no need to keep discussing this.

Comments in a thread are not always just for the OP ;)

The arctic sucks

Oh wait, Dave already told u that
And by the way the arctic will NOT be 1000mW unless somebody, like Dave, modded it to 1000mW. The arctics are always around 700mW. I have not seen one above 800mW fresh out of the box just to let you know

I know, I'm leaning toward the Spartan.

Just again, for your reference. For that kind of money, you can get a MUCH better, MUCH more powerful laser 445. Just to let you know.
I (as would many others) could/would make you a 1.3-1.5W 445 that won't break, and won't have any flaws, for the same price.

EDIT: Here's where you can buy a spartan if you really want to overpay

Spartan Series 1W Blue Handheld Laser, Rectangle Beam :: Blue Handheld Laser ----- 447nm Laser ----- Spartan Series Lasers :: Handheld Lasers :: Dragon Lasers

I guess so. I know where to buy a Spartan, I just don't have the time to wait for their shipping.

I was looking at: http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/1...-laser-package-only-139-shipped-us-63186.html

That is a good deal for sure. Many MANY people on this site have that exact setup. It is definitely a good first 1W+ 445 to have. There are tons and tons on this site, but the survival laser is a very good one to have. That was my first 445, and I loved it. But as with anything else, you will eventually want bigger and better.

But i throw out my endorsement on that one you linked. I didn't know he had the lower priced package, that is a steal
