The way i see it, if people cant respect everyone on this site they dont belong on here. The only reason i was saying anything, is because i dont think Senkat has any right to be bashing everyone on here like he does. I've went thru all his post and out of all the ones ive seen of his there was only 2 advices he gave out and the rest he was bashing people. Thats not what this site was made for, and the way i see it he's not following the rules, he needs to be banned from the site. It shouldnt matter he pays to have his site put on here. If he's bashing peoples threads, he shouldnt be on here cause all he is doing is making it hard for people to sell stuff and thats not right to everyone on this site. I think everyone can agree with me, cause how many people on here as Senkat bashed? Alot from what i can see, especially when some of them was kids between 9 and 13 and right there thats wrong to me. Coldshawdow if u read this i wasnt trying to start any promblems but when i first came to this site i read this forum and got a little upset that he was getting away with bashing people on here. Im sorry if i caused any promblems with people on here i was just stating my opinion with what Senkat was doing if i get kicked out of this site thats ok i at least got to say what i felt was wrong with what Senkat was doing.

Senkat, here is  the big picture -- I recommended this forum and your web site and said it was trustworthy because you advertised and contributed regularly on this site - little did I know you would ramp up the incendiaries (including calling me a moron). I told some of my friends (MBA's, CPA's, JD's and MD's) that were interested in lasers to visit this site. I also have an MBA but lack EE skills - thats why I joined this forum.

You're right - this one thread did not turn their stomach - it was my recommendation of you and then your revengeful remarks that turned them away.

I guess I didn't know you were financially independent and could afford to bad mouth potential customers because it makes you feel good.  I guess trying to drum up business for you was my mistake.

The thing is, there would be NO problem if Senkat would just refrain from throwing his outlandish opinion in every place that it does not belong. Muledeer has a point, esecially siince he seems to have tried to bring Senkat some business. The fact that this escalates the problem just goes to tell that Senkat again has no self-control when it cones to his horrible atttude.

This is for those who think there is nothing wrong with what Senkat does.. Fact is, his personal opinion of me had NO place in this thread, if anyone can tell me why it belonged here, I am all ears. This is also for those who assume I am completely wrong here. I am wrong for keeping this argument going, maybe, but being that I am the victim of Senkat's attack, and the consequent hit to my reputaion, I keep going.

A few facts and explanations, said based on suggestions I have received from a member here who I consider to be one of the most upstanding people on here.

1) I truly am guilty of having a pet peeve with poeple who harass minors online with no remorese for their actions. There is nothing else that I am guilty of, other than arguing back with a person that clearly has some issues and feels the need to take it out on everyone he sees fit.

2) The fact that I had personal emails to Senkat, and did not reveal them only says one thing. I know there is NO place on this forum for such things. Even cOld knows there were emails while I was banned.

3) Senkat's reactions to said emails only go to show what kind of person he really is(and I am the one in the wrong here?).

4) My reasons for defending myself so strongly should be clear. For one , I absolutely HATE people who abuse kids online, since it happened to my daughter. I am, above all else, a family man. Kids are the most important part of my life, and I feel the need, just as any good parent should, to defend them and do my part to see that they are not abused, whether they are my kids or not. And two, I joined this site for two reasons, those being that I really love the laser hobby, and that this site is realy the only place I can use to help me break even by selling a few of them. I simply will NOT stand back and let someone like Senkat destroy any ability I have to sell here. His senseless flaming is causing hardship to my family also, since we really need the money I could have made to sell this laser.

5) Every statement that I have made in this thread is TRUE, I have no reason to publicly lie.

6) Senkat's actions ARE illegal. Harassment of minors, Defamation of character, and Libel are all punishable offenses. Since he is doing so online, it is more difficult to push the case, but this does not make it right. One day, a parent of one of his victims WILL have him convicted, just as I did to the one who harassed my daughter in what was her favorite gaming forum.

I would be willing to go in front of a judge under oath and make the above statements.


As far as me creating false aliases, there is absolutely NO logical reason for me to do so. I'll say again, I am proud to be a member of this online community(although ashamed of members such as Senkat). I also need some kinds of return on my investment(read above my reasons for joining the site). Knowing this, why risk my membership here just to go after Senkat? That is below anything I'd ever do. If I choose to try to make Senkat accountable for his actions, I'll go through legal channels., though it would be much better if one of his underage victims and their parents do so. Losing my membership by playing childish games, especially when it comes to Senkat, is just not something I would risk. I am known by all of my friends to be a very intelligent person. Anyone who knows me personally could vouch for everything I have said in this thread. As my custom text says, I am a bit of an overgrown kid, which means that even at 34, I still know how to have fun. And no, this thread and all its related trouble has NOT been fun.

Above all else, this thread HAD one purpose, to sell a very nice laser to someone who I am quite sure would have been satisfied with their purchase and the level of service I provided for it. I have never sold any product or service without doing my best to makse sure my customers are happy.

It truly is a shame that so many members here hold Senkat in such high standing. His attitude clearly shows what kind of person he really is, and anyone who takes a deep look at this situation should be able to see through the "curtain" he hides behind.

I really do not feel compelled to repeat myself any more. I have tried over and over again to explain the reasons for my actions.

cOldshadow has made a new rule, and I am glad of it, since hopefully it will effectively put an end to the type of behavior that ruined this thread in the first place

As long as the mod's don't censor anyone, then I'd say everything entered in here on the forum, falls under THE 1ST AMENDMENT, & Sen_Kat can say whatever he damn well pleases, & so can anyone else. Phoenix you are right about the first amendment. The police that I talked to told me the same thing. They also told me this.. It is when someone uses their rights by the first amendment to commit Libel, Defamation of someone's character, or Harassment(along with many other things), that it becomes illegal. What happened here was not just a matter of "skippikg Over" what you dont want to read. It was an attack towards me with the intention of ruining my reputation and ability to sell here.

Don't take that personal, please Phoenix, just clearing that up is all

Anyhow, the new rule is a good step forward. It should prevent what happened in this thread from happening on this site in the future.
